DESCRIPTION:The 63rd Annual MBCA Coaches Clinic\nFranklin High School\nSunday\, October 19\, 2025\n9AM – 1PM (Registration begins at 8AM) \nCLINICIANS\n \nC White\nBentley University Women’s Basketball Coach \nC White\, a 2001 Bentley graduate and former standout point guard\, was promoted to Head Women’s Basketball Coach in 2020 after 18 years on the staff of Naismith Hall of Fame coach Barbara Stevens. Under her leadership\, Bentley has posted a 101-27 record\, including four NCAA Division II East Regional appearances\, four Northeast-10 tournament championships\, and a trip to the 2025 NCAA Division II Elite Eight. \nThe 2024-25 season was Bentley’s best since winning the national title in 2014\, finishing 33-2 with a 31-game winning streak and a No. 5 final WBCA Division II coaches poll ranking. Bentley claimed its fourth consecutive Northeast-10 tournament championship and second straight regular season title. White earned Northeast-10 Coach of the Year honors and was a finalist for the WBCA Division II Coach of the Year award. \nA former two-year starter at point guard for the Falcons\, White ranks among Bentley’s top all-time players in points\, assists\, and three-pointers. She was inducted into the Westwood High School Hall of Fame in 2008 and the A STEP UP Assistant Coaches Hall of Fame in 2019\, becoming the first Division II women’s assistant to receive the honor. \n \nScott Faucher\nAssumption University Men’s Basketball Coach\nScott Faucher has led Assumption University to historic success\, including the program’s first NCAA East Regional Championship in 50 years during the 2024-25 season. Under his guidance\, the Greyhounds earned their 28th NCAA tournament appearance\, reaching the Division II Elite Eight and finishing the year with a 22-10 record. Faucher’s team ranked first in the Northeast-10 in scoring offense (80.4 PPG) and eighth nationally in bench points (36.93 PPG). \nSince becoming head coach in 2019\, Faucher has steadily built the program\, highlighted by strong finishes and upset victories over top conference opponents. He was named the 2018-19 WACBA Coach of the Year and recognized on the prestigious 2019 Under Armour 30-Under-30 list of outstanding men’s college basketball coaches. \nPrior to Assumption\, Faucher served as head coach at Nichols College\, where he posted a record-breaking 28-3 season and led the Bison to the NCAA Division III Elite Eight. His coaching experience also includes assistant roles at Bowdoin and Saint Michael’s Colleges. \n \nBill Coen\nNortheastern University Men’s Basketball Coach\nBill Coen\, the all-time winningest coach in both Northeastern and Colonial Athletic Association history\, has led the Huskies to four regular-season titles\, two CAA Tournament championships\, and two NCAA tournament appearances since 2006. His teams have produced 35 All-CAA First Team selections\, sent 28 players on to professional careers\, and made five CAA championship game appearances. \nBefore Northeastern\, Coen spent nine seasons at Boston College\, helping the Eagles win three Big East regular-season titles\, a Big East Tournament championship\, and reach the 2006 NCAA Sweet 16. He also coached eight seasons at the University of Rhode Island\, earning multiple postseason berths. \nA Hamilton College graduate and former team captain\, Coen earned his MBA from Rhode Island. His career honors include CAA Coach of the Year (2018)\, USBWA District I Coach of the Year (2010\, 2013)\, and NABC District 10 Coach of the Year (2013\, 2018). \n \nJoe Jones\nBoston University Men’s Basketball Coach \nCoach Jones is the head coach of Boston University’s men’s basketball team. He previously  served as the head coach at Columbia University and has worked as an assistant coach at  Hofstra University\, Villanova University\, and Boston College.  \nWith over 20 years of coaching experience\, Joe Jones enters the 2024-25 season at the helm with  the Boston University men’s basketball team seeking his sixth postseason berth in 12 years under  his watchful eye. He’s been recognized by HoopsHD.com as the Patriot League Coach of the Year  in two of the last four seasons.  \nJones’ brother James is the head men’s basketball coach at Yale University.
